Sous l\u2019impulsion du Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la CAMWATER, le Dr Blaise Moussa, et avec le soutien du Gouvernement, l\u2019ouvrage devrait \u00eatre livr\u00e9 avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un projet strat\u00e9gique pour l\u2019ODD6 et le taux de desserte de Douala<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform\u00e9ment aux hautes directives du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, S.E. M. Paul Biya, cette infrastructure vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer durablement les conditions de vie des populations de Douala et des localit\u00e9s environnantes en garantissant une eau potable de qualit\u00e9, en quantit\u00e9 suffisante. Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans la cible 6 des Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD6) : acc\u00e8s universel \u00e0 l\u2019eau et \u00e0 l\u2019assainissement, gestion durable des ressources en eau, r\u00e9duction des maladies hydriques, cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois et transfert de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un financement international et une ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage rigoureuse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Financ\u00e9 conjointement par l\u2019\u00c9tat du Cameroun et l\u2019institution norv\u00e9gienne Export Finance Norway (ESKFIN), le projet est pilot\u00e9 par la CAMWATER sous la tutelle technique du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Eau et de l\u2019\u00c9nergie (MINEE). La partie technique est confi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise norv\u00e9gienne INRIGO AS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectif 2032 : 85 % de desserte en milieu urbain et p\u00e9riurbain<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019horizon 2032, le taux d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services d\u2019eau potable en milieu urbain et p\u00e9riurbain devra atteindre 85 %. Avec l\u2019extension de l\u2019usine de Japoma, la capacit\u00e9 de production passera de 55 000 \u00e0 123 000 m\u00b3 par jour, am\u00e9liorant substantiellement la desserte de Douala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consistance des travaux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chenal Massoumbou\u2011Japoma<br>\u00b7 R\u00e9habilitation du canal<br>\u00b7 Nouvelle station de pompage d\u2019eau brute (68 000 m\u00b3\/j) avec 5 pompes immerg\u00e9es, convertisseurs de fr\u00e9quence et transformateurs<br>\u00b7 Renforcement de la conduite de transport d\u2019eau brute<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fleuve Dibamba<br>\u00b7 R\u00e9habilitation de la prise d\u2019eau brute<br>\u00b7 Reconstruction de la station de pompage (68 000 m\u00b3\/j), m\u00eames \u00e9quipements<br>\u00b7 Renforcement de la conduite de transport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Station de traitement<br>\u00b7 Construction d\u2019une unit\u00e9 de traitement (68 000 m\u00b3\/j) avec pr\u00e9traitement et filtration membranaire<br>\u00b7 Station de refoulement d\u2019eau trait\u00e9e (68 000 m\u00b3\/j, HMT 70 m)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e2timents d\u2019exploitation \u2013 Reconstruction compl\u00e8te<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installations connexes<br>\u00b7 Lagunes de traitement des eaux sales<br>\u00b7 Alimentation \u00e9lectrique puissance et commande<br>\u00b7 Syst\u00e8me SCADA de supervision<br>\u00b7 R\u00e9servoirs d\u2019eau trait\u00e9e, syst\u00e8me de comptage, groupe \u00e9lectrog\u00e8ne de secours<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Calendrier et impact socio\u2011\u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dur\u00e9e des travaux est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 24 mois.
