Sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab Un jeune, une plantation de banane plantain orient\u00e9e vers un march\u00e9, un avenir \u00bb, le Ministre de l\u2019Agriculture et du D\u00e9veloppement Rural va pr\u00e9sider la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise de kits \u00e0 25 jeunes, mardi 28 avril \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019engagement du gouvernement en faveur de l\u2019insertion professionnelle des jeunes va s’illustrer le 28 avril 2026 dans la salle de conf\u00e9rences du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture et du D\u00e9veloppement Rural. Plac\u00e9e sous le signe de l\u2019espoir et de la productivit\u00e9, la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de lancement de la premi\u00e8re cohorte d\u2019incubation de la fili\u00e8re banane plantain pour la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Est va r\u00e9unir une impressionnante brochette d\u2019\u00e9lites et de personnalit\u00e9s politiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sous la houlette du ministre Gabriel Mbairob\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement sera l’occasion de concr\u00e9tiser la vision pr\u00e9sidentielle : faire de ce mandat une p\u00e9riode phare pour l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des jeunes. Vingt-cinq jeunes issus de l\u2019arrondissement de Mbang, dans le d\u00e9partement de la Kadey, vont recevoir officiellement des kits d\u2019amor\u00e7age aux m\u00e9tiers de la cha\u00eene de valeur de la banane plantain, ainsi que des machines de r\u00e9duction de p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 agricole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un d\u00e9part symbolique vers l\u2019incubateur de Kribi<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au-del\u00e0 de la simple remise de mat\u00e9riel, ces jeunes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019un accompagnement structurel. Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, ils vont prendre la direction du centre d\u2019incubation de la fili\u00e8re banane plantain \u00e0 Kribi, o\u00f9 ils suivront une formation intensive. \u00c0 leur sortie, chaque jeune repartira avec 500 vitro-plants de bananier plantain \u00e0 haut rendement, ainsi qu\u2019un suivi personnalis\u00e9 assur\u00e9 par la Fili\u00e8re Banane Plantain du Cameroun (FBPC), et ce, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la commercialisation de leur production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une mobil\u00e9ration exceptionnelle des fils et filles de l\u2019Est<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour marquer l\u2019importance de cette initiative, Gabriel Mbairob\u00e9 a convi\u00e9 une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de prestige de la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Est. Parmi les invit\u00e9s de marque figurent :

Un financement mixte et un exemple \u00e0 suivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le financement de cette premi\u00e8re cohorte repose sur un partenariat solide : 70% sont pris en charge par la fili\u00e8re banane plantain du Cameroun, tandis que les 30% restants sont assur\u00e9s par la coop\u00e9rative agricole \u00ab Grandeur et Esp\u00e9rance de Mbang \u00bb. Cette coop\u00e9rative est pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Madame Gnakokta epse Ntonga Ir\u00e8ne Gertrude, une digne fille de la r\u00e9gion.
Pour Samuel Tony Obam Bikou\u00e9, Pr\u00e9sident national de la fili\u00e8re banane plantain du Cameroun et lui-m\u00eame exemple de r\u00e9ussite jeune cit\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya, cette mobilisation politique et \u00e9conomique traduit \u00ab la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des fils et filles de l\u2019Est aux id\u00e9aux du Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appel aux institutions de formation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En marge de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, un appel a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 aux Instituts Publics et Priv\u00e9s d\u2019Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur (IPES) de la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Est. Les jeunes sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se rapprocher du Green Springs Digital University Institute (GSDUI) et de la Fondation Empowerher Tech (EHTF) afin d\u2019\u00e9largir ces opportunit\u00e9s de cr\u00e9ation de richesse aux \u00e9tudiants de la r\u00e9gion du soleil levant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
